Elixir opened a USDC recovery portal for lenders affected by Streamβs open borrow positions across lending markets, allowing eligible users to claim funds for a limited time. The protocol previously launched claim contracts for sdeUSD and deUSD holders as part of the ongoing wind-down of the deUSD system.
