  Woofi launches WOOFi Pro, an orderbook-based perp dex with omnichain deposits, CEX-like UX, up to 20x leverage, and revenue share.

• Nomic BTC Live on Osmosis & Kujira
  Bitcoin bridge L1 Nomic launches nBTC on Osmosis and Kujira.

• Derivio Live on zkSynx Era

  Perpetual DEX Perennial launches Trigger Orders, enabling Limit Orders, SLs, and TPs for traders.

• Synapse X Live
  Synapse X is live for modular bridging. Synapse X routes transactions through external pools, allowing wider stablecoin support and efficient routes.

• Lens V2 on Mainnet
  Lens v2 is deployed on the Ethereum mainnet.

• Celestia Mainnet Live, Osmosis Clogging
  Celestia launched mainnet beta, introducing the first modular data availability network.

  Increased arbitrage activities following the TIA token launch on Osmosis caused network clogging and transaction inclusion delays.

• Jupiter Launches Token
  Solana-based aggregator Jupiter announces launching the JUP token and an LST-backed stablecoin on Solana.

• Hyperlane Supports Celestia Bridging
  Hyperlane Nexus now supports Celestia > Celestia Rollups bridging.

• Catalyst Live on inEVM
  CatalystAMM now connects inEVM and Scroll Sepolia, supporting swaps between Cosmos rollups and Ethereum rollups.

• PYTH Retro Airdrop
  Pyth network launches the Retrospective Airdrop, users can check their eligibility and allocated PYTH Token amounts on the airdrop check webpage.

Governance Highlights 📜

• Aragon Association Dissolution
  The Aragon Association will dissolve itself, and allow holders to redeem their ANT for ETH, and the Aragon project will focus on product development.

• Voting: Activate ARB Staking
  Arbitrum DAO is voting to activate staking that allows users to lock their ARB for up to 365 days, and users who exit their lock will incur a penalty between 0-60% of their lock amount depending on their lock time remaining.

• Voting: Increase GHO Borrow Rate
  Aave DAO is running the vote to increase the GHO Borrow Rate from 3% to 4.32% to align with MakerDAO's latest proposed DAI Savings Rate (DSR).

• Proposal: xSUSHI Coming Back
  Sushi DAO proposed a governance overhaul, reverting to the previous model with 100% of fees going to xSUSHI stakers

Regulations 🏛️

• SEC Charges SafeMoon
  The SEC charges two SafeMoon executives with fraud and unregistered offering of crypto securities. The arrested executives “withdrew crypto assets worth more than $200 million from the project, and misappropriated investor funds for personal use.”

Hacks/Issues 👾

• Aave V2 Pauses

  Aave received a bug report about a high vulnerability affecting Aave v2. The team has paused the v2 Ethereum markets and certain assets on v2/v3 on multiple chains. All assets are safe.

• Onyx Exploited for $2.1M
  Lending protocol Onyx was exploited for ~$2.1M due to the same rounding issue behind the 7M Hundred Finance hack.

• Unibot Exploited for 450 ETH
  Unibot experienced a token approval exploit and the team has halted the protocol. The exploiter transfers meme coins from users and exchanges them for ETH, so far the exploit size is ~450 ETH.

• Avalanche Snowtrace Discontinues
  Snowtrace, the Avalanche chain explorer powered by Etherscan, will stop operating on Nov 30th due to high service costs.
  A new explorer run by Avascan will launch soon to replace the current one.

• Circle Stops Consumer Ramps
  Circle will no longer support consumer Circle Mint accounts. Consumer accounts with zero balances will be closed on Nov. 30.

• Wallet Connect Resumes Ukraine and Russia
  Wallet Connect seems to have started geo-blocking regions including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, and Ukraine. Wallet Connect later updated that they are resuming service to users in Russia and appropriate areas of Ukraine.

• IBC Coming to Avalanche
  Avalanche will enter the IBC ecosystem. The IBC light client builder Landslide will launch an incentivized testnet.

• Notional V3 Public
  NOtional V3 is launching out of Beta on Nov 6th.
