SEC Charges SafeMoon
The SEC charges two SafeMoon executives with fraud and unregistered offering of crypto securities. The arrested executives βwithdrew crypto assets worth more than $200 million from the project, and misappropriated investor funds for personal use.β

Aave received a bug report about a high vulnerability affecting Aave v2. The team has paused the v2 Ethereum markets and certain assets on v2/v3 on multiple chains. All assets are safe.
Onyx Exploited for $2.1M
Lending protocol Onyx was exploited for ~$2.1M due to the same rounding issue behind the 7M Hundred Finance hack.Unibot Exploited for 450 ETH
Unibot experienced a token approval exploit and the team has halted the protocol. The exploiter transfers meme coins from users and exchanges them for ETH, so far the exploit size is ~450 ETH.Avalanche Snowtrace Discontinues
Snowtrace, the Avalanche chain explorer powered by Etherscan, will stop operating on Nov 30th due to high service costs.
A new explorer run by Avascan will launch soon to replace the current one.Circle Stops Consumer Ramps
Circle will no longer support consumer Circle Mint accounts. Consumer accounts with zero balances will be closed on Nov. 30.Wallet Connect Resumes Ukraine and Russia
Wallet Connect seems to have started geo-blocking regions including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, and Ukraine. Wallet Connect later updated that they are resuming service to users in Russia and appropriate areas of Ukraine.
