Options protocol Lyra launches Lyra Chain, an OP stack-powered L2 providing high throughput, low-cost settlement of transactions.
Redacted Cartel launches the Pirex ETH (pxETH) on the Ethereum mainnet, marking the first phase of the Dinero rollout. Pirex ETH consists of pxETH and apxETH, giving users two choices: pxETH for liquidity or apxETH for boosted staking yield.
DVT network SSV launched its permissionless mainnet, removing the limitation that restricts the onboarding of validators and operators only to launch partners.

Powered by Wormhole, Circle, and Base, Pike Finance launches testnet on Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, and Base L2. Pike is a cross-chain lending protocol that offers lending, leverage, and Earn services.

LayerZero launches V2 on testnets, with mainnet releasing in 2024. V2 is an upgrade that increases network throughput and liveness while making it easier for developers to build and integrate dApps with LayerZero.
Cronos Labs launched Cronos zkEVM testent. Cornos zkEVM is a ZK rollup blockchain using zkSyncβs ZK stack.
Hashflow launches on Solana with native-to-native cross-chain swaps enabled.
Worldcoin introduces World ID 2.0, supporting integrations for its World ID with Minecraft, Reddit, Telegram, Shopify, and Mercado Libre.

Ledger ex-dev was phishing scammed and the attacker pushed malicious code to exploit Ledgerβs library on GitHub, causing over 600K user loss. The exploit is now fixed, users can follow the steps to check if they are on the updated version.
Regulations ποΈ
US Senator Elizabeth Warren introduced an anti-crypto bill and has gained support. The bill wants to extend KYC requirements to network participants including non-custodial wallet providers, miners, and validators.

Pendle V3 is launching next year, focusing on interest rate swap markets.
Iota 2.0 will launch in 2024 with enhancements such as uninterrupted transaction processing during disruptions, swift and democratic consensus, increased decentralization, and robust security features.
Maverick V2 is coming in 2024. V2 will upgrade the AMM and introduce an omnichain ve-model, providing projects and LPs with native cross-chain liquidity management and incentivization tools.
Sturdy plans to launch V2 with Sommelier integration, and likely to launch a token. With the integration, Sturdy users will be able to leverage LSD and earn yields in Sommelier vaults with incentives.
