Grayscale Wins Lawsuit Against SEC
The federal court ruled that the SEC must review its rejection of Grayscale's bid to convert GBTC into an ETF.The 3 judges ruled the SEC failed to explain its disparate treatment of one BTC ETF such that its denial was “arbitrary and capricious”.
The order did not direct the SEC to immediately approve Grayscale's ETF application but to review the application again.
Bitcoin ETFs Delayed
The SEC delays decisions on spot Bitcoin ETF applications from BlackRock, Bitwise, VanEck, etc. The following deadlines come around mid-October.

Ajna Vulnerability
Ajna team has identified a potential exploit that could impact some borrowers. Borrowers are advised to pay down their debt and withdraw their funds immediately.
Ajna rewards are now paused, and users are only able to withdraw Ajna Earn positions, repay debt, and withdraw collateral from Borrow and Multiply positions.StarkWare Unlocks User Funds
StarkWare re-enables 550K user funds after an upgrade siloed some funds. The team said the blockage was due to the 0.12.1 version upgrade last week, and users who had not upgraded could not access their accounts.Clockwork Shutting Down
