Farming Benchmarks:
Every farm below beats that baseline. When a rate looks too good relative to this range, that gap is usually the incentive/emissions component, not organic yield — check the breakdown in each card.

Pendle (Monad – Fixed yield) – PT USDat, 14 Jan 2027 – 9.11% Fixed APY
Lock ~9.1% in USDat (Saturn’s stablecoin) by buying the discounted PT and redeeming at par at maturity. USDat itself pays no reserve yield — the discount exists because yield-token buyers pay up for Saturn points, which you collect as fixed return regardless of whether those points are ever worth anything.
Backing chain: USDat → PYUSDx (MoonPay, M0 infrastructure) → PYUSD (Paxos) → cash/Treasuries — TID could verify token units 1:1 but not the dollars underneath. All $54.8M of Monad supply is bridged from Ethereum. Pool liquidity $1.68M, TID risk score 4.5/10, matures 14 Jan 2027 (92 days).
Risk — Medium: No token-specific reserve attestation anywhere in the chain. Minting/USDC redemption is gated by Saturn onboarding, so your realistic exit is market price, not par. USDat is an upgradeable proxy with whitelist/freeze/forced-transfer functions and no visible on-chain signing quorum. Legal docs still reference older reserve structure; issuer uses BVI law with confidential arbitration. $1.68M pool is fine for normal size but moves on large orders.
Morpho (Arbitrum – Lending vault) – Steakhouse USDG Pro – 7.99% Net APY
3.23% lending yield + 4.75% ARB rewards = 7.99% headline, but the 7-day realized APY is already down to 2.45% — about 60% of the stated rate is incentive-dependent. 100% of this vault lends against syrupUSDG, Maple’s receipt token for institutional USDG loans (~$353M across Ethereum and Robinhood Chain) — a reasonably established model, though syrupUSDG itself only launched July 1, 2026. Withdrawable now: $1.72M of $6.88M. Utilization: 91.55%.
This is a single-asset vault by design — every USDG you deposit lends against syrupUSDG and nothing else, which is why the credit risk reads as comparatively clean (one well-understood collateral type rather than a mixed basket).
Risk — Low - Medium: If the ARB campaign ends, expect something close to the 2.45% realized figure, not 7.99%. Single-market concentration — the whole vault depends on syrupUSDG holding value and its oracle behaving; a loss in Maple’s underlying loans flows straight through. At 91.55% utilization only about a quarter of deposits can exit at once. Steakhouse hasn’t published a risk disclosure for this specific vault, and new markets/caps can go live after just a 3-day timelock (Morpho recommends 7).
Morpho (OP Mainnet – Lending vault) – Re7 WETH – 5.81% Net APY
Only 0.94% of the 5.81% headline is actual lending yield — the other 4.87% is OP token rewards, about 84% of the total. Realized returns (7/30/90-day) sit around 1–1.3%, confirming the headline is mostly a temporary subsidy.
You lend WETH to borrowers who post wstETH as collateral at a 94.5% LLTV, typically for leveraged staking. Withdrawable now: $436K of $2.78M.
Risk — Medium: Treat the 4.87% OP component as a bonus, not yield — the campaign can end or OP can simply fall in price. A single wstETH market means a depeg or oracle failure hits every depositor, and the 94.5% LLTV leaves little buffer before bad debt forms. Only ~16% of deposits are withdrawable right now, and the top depositor holds 17.9% of the vault — a large exit could lock others out for a while. Re7 Labs runs this from a 2-of-4 Safe with the same 3-day (not 7-day) timelock issue as the vault above.
