MakerDAO is polling to onboard parameters to activate Compound D3M. If passed and approved, a $160m DAI Debt Ceiling and a 2% Target Borrow Rate will be deployed, bringing ~$1.8m DAI in annual revenue to Maker.

Inverse revealed FiRM and $DBR, a new mechanism of Fixed Rate Borrowing. $DBR is a tokenized form of interest rate, users can buy $DBR during a low-interest rate environment either to bet on or hedge against higher interest rates in the future or secure their cheap access to loans when needed.
