Shell Protocol has just launched its liquidity pool based AMM. Similarly to Curve Finance, Shell provides deep liquidity across stablecoins, including DAI, USDC, Tether, and sUSD. However, it also adds other features:

1. Deep stablecoin liquidity

2. Reserve weights

3. Protections against a broken peg

4. Dynamic fees

5. Interoperability with aTokens and cTokens

Shell aims to combine the best features of other projects, such as Mooniswap’s dynamic fees and Mstable’s peg protections. These allow it to be more resilient against de-pegging black swans, reduce IL for LPs, and earn higher yield.
